CAF CC RESULTS: Singida Big Stars knocked out
EGYPT, Cairo Singida Big Stars have been eliminated in the CAF Confederation Cup (CAF CC) after a 4-2 aggregate loss to Future FC.
The Tanzania solo envoys in the competition have suffered a 4-1 defeat at Al-Salaam Stadium in Cairo, Egypt on Sunday evening.
With the outcome, hopes by many Tanzanians to see three teams making it to the group stage of the season’s CAF Interclub Games have been washed away.
Only Simba and Young Africans have made a breakthrough into the champions league last eight.
However, lessons have been learnt by the Singida based club who were making maiden appearance in the competition to do much better next season.
