THE Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania has emerged a third winner of the best presented financial statement for the year 2021.
Speaker announced this at the National Assembly in Dodoma on Thursday Speaker Tulia said the award was issued during the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA)’s 50th anniversary.
“This means that the Parliament has shown an excellent example in monitoring professionalism of accountants and auditors in managing public assets,” the Speaker said.
Equally, the Speaker advised all accountants and auditors in the country to keep on working effectively so as to eliminate the challenges of the misuse of public funds.
