TANZANIA, Mara: THE Head Coach of the Mara-based Biashara United, Aman Josiah said his charges will work very hard in their Championship League assignment so that to regain the top-flight spot later on.
He said they have lined-up friendly matches against two Premier League, Championship, and First League teams as drills ahead of the coming season.
Amani, the former Tunduru Korosho FC, and Pamba FC coach said they intend in this transfer window to recruit 23 players for the 2023/2024 league season.
He said they have a lot of faith in the 23 players they intend to register hoping all of them will deliver.
He made it clear that until now they have managed to sign some quality whom he named as Herbert Lukindo, Caleb John, Malulu Thomas, Baraka Makoba, Salim Sheshe, Godfrey Mapunda, Paul Ngalema, and Chacha Mgwiro.
He said the players have signed a one-year contract.
Josiah said his team continues to be well-organised so as make good signings that will create a winning squad that at the end of the campaign will see the team return to the top-flight league.
He has called upon the football fraternity in Mara region to support their team wholeheartedly in their both home and away venues.
Additionally, Biashara United winger Herbert Lukindo said he will cooperate with his teammates as well as the technical bench in fulfilling the goal of bringing their team to the Premier League.
Lukindo, the former Mbao, Ndanda FC, and Pamba FC player, called upon football fans to be with their team in their home and away matches.
