Aziz Ki nets hatrick as Young Africans demolish Kagera Sugar

Young Africans have renewed an eight point lead at the top of the Premier League table courtesy of a 5-0 win over Kagera Sugar.

A hat-trick by Stephanie Aziz Ki plus two other contributions from Fiston Mayele and substitute Bernard Morrison have cemented Yanga’s helm at the top of the pile.

With the victory at Azam Complex in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday night, Nasreddine Nabi’s men have now bagged 58 points in 25 matches with five games to go before the end of the season.

They now sit eight points clear at the summit of the log as they continue to clear their way towards defending the championship.

For Aziz Ki, he has now struck eight goals this term and it is his first hart-trick on Tanzania soil.

Also, the match has witnessed Yanga center-back Mamadou Doumbia making his league debut of the campaign.

He replaced skipper Bakari Mwamnyeto midway into the second half and partnered well with Dickson Job.
