Arsenal re-establish EIGHT point lead at EPL summit

Arsenal have re-established an 8-point lead at the top of English Premier League after thrashing Leeds United 4-1 at Emirates Stadium on Saturday evening.
Prior to the encounter, the gap was momentarily reduced to 5-point following Manchester City’s 4-1 success over Liverpool in an early match at Etihad Stadium.
With the outcome, Arsenal continue to sniff the premier league title as they remain key contenders.
Gabriel Jesus who has returned to action after being sidelined for a long time due to injury impressed for the Gunners for netting a brace.
The other two goals were contributed by Ben White and Granit Xhaka while the consolation goal for the visitors came from Rasmus Kristensen in the 76th minute.
For Man City, they had to crawl from behind after Liverpool’s danger-man Mohamed Salah put the visitors upfront in the 17th minute.
