AFCON 2023 fixture released; Tanzania to face Morocco on January 17

IVORY COAST, Abijan Taifa Stars will launch their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals group F campaign by facing Morocco on January 17th next year.

According to the full fixture released by CAF on Friday afternoon, the inaugural match in group A between the hosts Cote D’Ivoire versus Guinea Bissau is set on January 13th.

However, the next group F match after Morocco against Tanzania, DR Congo will host Zambia later on the same day.

On January 21st, Morocco welcome DR Congo before witnessing Zambia entertaining Tanzania.

Thereafter, the last fixtures in group F unfolds on January 24th as Tanzania host DR Congo before Zambia facing Morocco.

Meanwhile, in group A after the opening fixture on January 13th between Cote D’Ivoire against Guinea Bissau, the other game falls on January 14th attracting Nigeria versus Equatorial Guinea.

Then on January 18th, Cote D’Ivoire take on Nigeria while Equatorial Guinea tackles Guinea Bissau.

The last encounters in the group will be played on January 22nd witness Equatorial Guinea against Cote D’Ivoire and later, Guinea Bissau versus Nigeria.
