Tanzania uses IFTM Top Resa platform to promote its rich natural attractions, business opportunities

DAR ES SALAAM: TANZANIA has stepped up efforts to promote its tourism attractions and expand business opportunities in the international market through its participation in the IFTM Top Resa 2026 tourism exhibition in Paris, France.
According to information from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperations, the exhibition, taking place from September 15 to 17, has brought together more than 32,000 tourism professionals, 1,650 companies and institutions, and representatives of 177 destinations from around the world.
Tanzania’s participation is being coordinated by the Tanzania Embassy in France under the leadership of Tanzania’s Ambassador to France, Saidi Yakubu.

Additionally, the ministry noted that the Zanzibar Commission for Tourism is leading a delegation of 15 Tanzanian companies participating in the exhibition, including hotels, airlines, tour operators and other tourism stakeholders.
The participation also provides Tanzania with an opportunity to showcase its unique tourism attractions, build business partnerships and strengthen the country’s presence in the global tourism market.
The delegation is also using the international platform to engage with tourism industry players and explore opportunities for greater collaboration and business links.
