KKKT launches christian learning website as Pastor unveils evangelism book
DAR ES SALAAM: The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (KKKT) has launched a digital learning website offering Christian and entrepreneurship teachings, alongside the unveiling of a new book by Rev. Dr Allen Mbiso which will be available through the KKKT Digital platform.
The website, KKKT Digital, is designed to provide users with a wide range of Christian teachings, sermons, discipleship materials and entrepreneurship lessons, enabling people to learn wherever they are through digital technology.
Speaking during the launch in Dar es Salaam, Rev Mbiso said the growing use of digital platforms presents a unique opportunity to spread the gospel while equipping people with practical knowledge that can improve their livelihoods.
According to the Pastor, the book aims to help people understand God’s healing power and support evangelism efforts across the country.
The book which serves as a source of inspiration and reflection is expected to help people gain a deeper understanding of God’s work, His ability to transform lives, and the impact of His grace, healing, and guidance in the journey of humanity.
“Today, many people spend most of their time online. We want digital platforms to become places where people can grow spiritually and also gain knowledge that empowers them economically,” he said.
Elaborating on the digital platform, he said that the website will be accessible to users in Tanzania and abroad, allowing them to study biblical teachings and entrepreneurship courses at their convenience.
During the event, PastorMibiso also officially launched his book, Yesu Kristo Mponyaji, saying proceeds from its sales will be used to strengthen evangelism activities across the country.
He said the funds will be used to purchase evangelism equipment, including guitars, microphones, generators and other tools needed to spread the Gospel in different communities.
According to the Pastor, the book seeks to help readers understand Jesus Christ not only as the Saviour but also as the healer.
Speaking at the event, Tumaini Universitys Lecturer and KKKT Digital Coordinator, Geoffrey Kilimba, said the new digital platform will widen access to Christian teachings and practical skills by enabling users to study from their homes, workplaces or any other location with internet access.
He said embracing digital technology would help the Church reach more people and respond to the changing ways in which communities access information and education.
