VP commends 2026 ZITF Exhibitions  

ZANZIBAR: The Second Vice President of Zanzibar, Hemed Suleiman Abdulla, has commended the preparations for the Zanzibar International Trade Fair, saying it is among the best and most attractive exhibitions due to the participation of various local and international institutions.

 He said the trade fair provides an important opportunity for participants and development stakeholders to promote products and services, as well as to exchange business experience, a move that contributes to economic growth and the strengthening of regional and international cooperation.

 He further explained that through the exhibition, Zanzibar continues to promote its tourism attractions alongside investment opportunities available in its prime and strategic areas, with the aim of building an inclusive economy driven by trade, innovation, and the use of technology.

 Abdulla made the remarks during the official opening of the Zanzibar International Trade Fair, where residents had the opportunity to learn and gain insights into various business activities, including the operation of airports in Mainland Tanzania.
