TTCL marks successful end of Customer Wervice Week 2025

“1During this entire week, we have celebrated our achievements and demonstrated our strong commitment to providing quality services to all our customers across the country,” said Humphrey Ngowi, TTCL’s Acting Director of Business, as he officially closed the 2025 Customer Service Week celebrations on October 10 in Dar es Salaam.
Ngowi described the week as an important opportunity for the company to evaluate its progress, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen teamwork among employees at all levels.
“This week has given us a precious chance to reflect on our successes, learn better ways to meet customer needs, and share experiences that will drive continuous improvement,” he said.
He highlighted TTCL’s long-standing role as Tanzania’s backbone in communication services, noting that despite the rapidly changing digital world, the company remains committed to innovation and reliability. “We continue to improve our systems, adopt modern technologies, and expand our services both in urban and rural areas,” he explained.
The Business Director pointed out that in 2025, TTCL undertook major improvements in its communication systems through strategic projects — including the expansion of the National ICT Backbone and the construction of new communication towers — aimed at strengthening connectivity across the country.
Ngowi expressed heartfelt gratitude to TTCL employees and customers for their dedication and cooperation, which he said made the 2025 Customer Service Week a success.
“Our achievements this year would not have been possible without your teamwork and commitment. You are the reason we exist, and through your support, we prove that our ‘Mission Possible’ is not just a slogan, but a daily reality,” he emphasized.
He concluded by reaffirming TTCL’s pledge to continue offering reliable, high-quality services that meet customer expectations. “We will keep listening to our customers, improving our services, and ensuring every client receives the value they deserve,” Ngowi said.
