Despite this year’s event being held on working day (Wednesday), that has not prevented multitude of people to make their way to the 60,000 capacity venue to have a personal experience on what is on the menu.

Indeed, when it comes to the Simba Day, normal activities in the city are  momentarily suspended to honor this event which is celebrated annually.

Launched in 2008 by the club’s former chairman, Hassan Dalali, the Simba Day has been gathering momentum each year, attracting under one roof people of different age groups, religion, tribe from within and outside the country.
