65 multinationals head for CEO Golf tour

OVER 65 golfers from the Southern and Eastern Africa and Dubai as well as European countries have already confirmed their participation at this year CEO’s (Chief Executives Officers) Luxury Retreat Golf tournament so far.

The September 9th 2023 stable ford tournament that aims to boost Zanzibar tourism is open for individual men and ladies  with an eligible handicap, organised by the expensive Sea Cliff Resort and Spa Golf Club of Zanzibar, the World Best 9 Holes Golf Course located in Mangapwani near the Indian Ocean in Isles.

The prestigious 18-hole event brings together CEOs, diplomats and other golfers who battle it out for the top honours as well for a networking point of view and development of the game, according to the club’s manager, Elias Soka.

Soka told the ‘Daily News on Saturday’ yesterday that preparation is on top gear for the 18- hole battle to brighten Isles fine beach course.

He said the event continues to attract more sponsor as Maxinsure Tanzania Limited has recently joined the bandwagon, a move that has delighted golfers.

“We are grateful for Maxinsure and other sponsors, including Kenyan Airway, EXIM Bank, Finaltus Investment Kenya, Nathan Digital Dubai, Rahisi Solution Ltd, Castle lite, Dodoma wine, United Group and Zanzi Resort, the door is still open for those wishing to join hands,” he said.

He said as more players continue to register for the event more excitement is awaiting them too.

“We have come up with an exciting package for players including winning a full-year unlimited golf membership worth 2,500 US Dollars through ruffle ticket.

Soka said that the full-year unlimited golf membership prize and others can be won with ruffle tickets which are available for 10,000/- or an option of buying ten for 80,000/-.

“The package includes unlimited green fees, unlimited use of golf cart, all members benefit plus 30 per cent discounts HNA access,” he added.

Adding, he said the event will also include a seven-day stay with an all-inclusive meal plan worth 3,000 US Dollars  for two pax winning prize and that package includes also free pick up from Airport or ferry port, an Ocean view room, free Wi-Fi and in-house sports activities.

The registration for the 2023 event, he said, is still on as only 12 slots have remained so far.

He went on to say 80 US Dollars entry fee is set for those wishing to take part in the event.

The fee will include a golf cart, halfway lunch, gala dinner, practice access, soft drink, golf goodies bag and raffle draw.
