Zitto Kabwe appointed to chair Mirumbani Holdings board of directors

TANZANIA: MIRUMBANI Holdings Company Limited has appointed former ACT Wazalendo party leader Mr. Zitto Zuberi Kabwe to chair its Board of Directors.

Reacting to the appointment, Mr zitto posted on X (formerly Twitter) platform on Wednesday, saying he was honored to be appointed to serve as the company’s Board chair as he promised to lead the Mirumbani to the next level.

“Honored to be appointed Board Chairman of Mirumbani Holdings Limited. Grateful to the Board of Directors for their trust and confidence in my leadership. Looking forward to driving the company to new heights together,” he writes.

Mr Zitto is has also been the former chairperson of Public Accounts Committee of the Parliament of Tanzania and a term legislator in the National Assembly of Tanzania.

Mr Zitto is a renowned economist and international trade consultant, advising both local and international companies.

Mr. Zitto deep experience in matters of International Business, governance, leadership gained from his diverse experience from leadership positions various Board Memberships both locally and internationally.
