UDOM, BMH hailed for securing 28bn/- kidney project

DODOMA: THE collaboration between the University of Dodoma (UDOM) and Benjamin Mkapa Hospital (BMH) has been widely praised for securing a 28bn/- project aimed at establishing a stateof-the-art kidney transplant centre in the capital city.

Minister for Health Jenista Mhagama made the remarks recently in Dodoma while officiating the launch of the Royal International Patients and Master Health Check-up Clinics at BMH.

She urged the private sector to support the government’s efforts to strengthen the health sector.

“I am particularly encouraged by the involvement of the University of Dodoma, which I have observed during my various visits. The collaboration between UDOM and BMH is a catalyst for sustainable development in both the health and education sectors,” ORD515526 said the Minister.
