Tanzania to auction business spaces in Kariakoo market

DAR ES SALAAM: THE Kariakoo Market Corporation has announced that the auction of business spaces at Kariakoo Market will take place from June 5 to June 11, 2025, starting in the morning hours through the electronic TAUSI Portal.

According to a statement released today by the General Manager of the Corporation, Ashraph Abdulkarim, traders and members of the public interested in acquiring business premises are required to register via the website www.tausi.tamisemi.go.tz to participate in the auction.

He stated that the registration requirements include possession of a National Identification Number (NIDA), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), a valid email address, and an active phone number.

The Corporation has urged businesspeople to seize this opportunity by adhering to official procedures to secure a chance to operate in a well-organized business environment within Kariakoo Market.
