Samia appoints new TCAA, TAA bosses

ZANZIBAR: President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Salim Msangi as the Director General of the Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA).

Mr Msangi previously served as the TCAA Acting Director General.

According to a statement issued on Sunday by the Chief Secretary, Dr Moses Kusiluka, the Head of State, also appointed Abdul Mombokaleo as the new Director General of the Tanzania Airports Authority (TAA).

Prior to this, Mr Mombokaleo was the Manager of the National Fibre Optic Cable Network (NICTBB) at Tanzania Telecommunications Company Limited (TTCL).

Mr Mombokaleo succeeds Mr Mussa Mbura, who will be assigned to other duties
