Samia appoints new National Assembly Clerk

KILIMANJARO: PRESIDENT Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Mr Baraka Leonard as new Clerk of the National Assembly.

In the statement issued by the Chief Secretary, Ambassador Dr Moses Kusiluka, Mr Leonard replaces Ms Nenelwa Mwihambi who has been appointed as new judge of the High Court.

According to the statement, the two new appointees will be sworn in on Thursday, this week.
