Pascal William named new Mainstream Media Ltd’s director of sales

DAR ES SALAAM: Mainstream Media Limited has announced Mr. Pascal William as their new Director of Sales and Distribution.

A statement issued by the company’s chairman of the board of directors, Deogratius Mosha on Tuesday noted that Mr. Pascal has been appointed due to his impressive background which makes him a key asset to the team, ready to drive Mainstream Media Limited’s sales initiatives forward.

“With a remarkable track record as a strategic leader in sales and distribution, Mr. Pascal brings invaluable expertise gained from his extensive experience in the telecommunications and banking industries in Tanzania,” the Chairman stated.

According to Mr Mosha, Pascal’s career is marked by his contributions to high-achieving teams, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results.

“His profound understanding of optimizing sales processes and spearheading strategic growth initiatives is particularly impressive, especially during his tenure in the banking sector, where he was instrumental in implementing the Find/Win/Keep Best Practice to enhance sales and distribution.

“We are enthusiastic about leveraging Mr. Pascal’s leadership and experience to propel our ambitious growth goals,” he added.

Mr Pascal’s appointed is effective since September 10, this year.
