Onana shines as Simba bounce back

TANGA: Simba grasped a 2-1 success over Coastal Union at Mkwakwani Stadium in Tanga on Saturday evening.
The victory has awarded them 39 points from 17 matches and are now 7 points adrift leaders Young Africans.
Freddy Kouablan put the visitors ahead in the 11th minute after connecting well Clatous Chama corner.
The hosts responded positively thirteen minutes later with a spectacular dropping ball shot by Lucas Kikoti that landed into the back of Simba net.
At 1-1, the game balanced as the guest team kept hunting for another goal that came in the 72nd minute courtesy of substitute Essomba Onana.
It is a good reaction for the Msimbazi street giants who conceded a 2-1 upset from Tanzania Prisons in their previous showdown.
The Tanga based outfits remain fourth on the log with 27 points after 20 league assignments.
