Speaking at the signing ceremony in Dodoma, Permanent Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office, Dr. Jim Yonazi emphasized that the partnership aims to establish a robust system for tracking and assessing all government projects, ensuring progress and accountability.

“This collaboration will enhance the capacity of the government’s monitoring and evaluation framework, driving positive outcomes,” said Dr. Yonazi, noting the critical importance of building stronger systems following the government’s decision to create dedicated monitoring units.

He also urged other development partners to support the Prime Minister’s Office in this initiative, ensuring government activities are effectively implemented and yield the desired results.
