Dr Nchimbi officially sworn in as Tanzania’s Vice President

DODOMA: THE Chief Justice of Tanzania, George Mcheche Masaju, has officially sworn in Dr. Emmanuel John Nchimbi as the Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania in a ceremony held today at the Parade Grounds, State House Chamwino, in Dodoma.

The ceremony followed the appointment announced by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania,  Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan.

The event was attended by senior government officials, religious leaders, and ambassadors and representatives from friendly nations who gathered to witness this historic occasion in the nation’s leadership journey.
