DAR ES SALAAM: Hosts Young Africans have been held to a goalless draw by Mamelodi Sundowns at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam on Saturday night.

It is the first leg match of CAF Champions League (CAF-CL) quarter-finals and the two sides meet again at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria, South Africa on Saturday.

The overall winner in South Africa will book a ticket into the semi-finals of the lucrative club football contest on the continent.

At a fully packed stadium, neither the hosts nor the visitors succeeded to make a breakthrough as another fresh 90 minutes await to separate the duo.

For Yanga, they have nothing to lose as any goal draw at the away turf could see them marching forward into the last four.
