CAF CL DRAW: Simba face Al Ahly, Young Africans v. Mamemodi Sundowns

CAIRO, EGYPT: Tanzania’s CAF Champions League (CAF CL) envoys Simba and Young Africans will face Al Ahly and Mamelodi Sundowns in the quarterfinals.

The draw has been conducted in Cairo, Egypt on Tuesday afternoon.

For Simba versus Al Ahly, it is the first time for the duo to meet in the knockout phase of the champions league.

Likewise, Yanga against Mamelodi Sundowns are facing for the first time in the last eight phase of the contest.

In other quarter-finals matches, TP Mazembe will take on Petro de Luanda while Esperance will lock horns against ASEC Mimosas.

The first leg fixtures are slated between March 29th and 30th while reverse leg encounters are pegged between April 5th and 6th.
