Azam FC through to CRDB Federation Cup finals after stunning Coastal Union

MWANZA: Azam have reached into the CRDB Bank Federation Cup finals after stunning Coastal Union 3-0 at CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza on Saturday.

A brace by Abdul Suleiman and a header from Feisal Salum were enough to send the Ice cream makers side to the last phase of the contest.

As such, Azam will meet either Young Africans or Ihefu in the finals as the duo interface in another thrilling last four encounter at Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium in Arusha on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the finals are pegged at the newly constructed Tanzanite Stadium in Babati on June 2nd this year.

Federation Cup winners earn privilege to represent the nation in the CAF Confederation Cup (CAF CC).
