Book on President Samia’s 4Rs philosophy set for launch

DAR ES SALAAM: AS President, Samia Suluhu Hassan marks four years in office, a Dar es Salaam based author, Derek Murusuri, is set to launch his fourth book, titled Samialojia, which explores the 4Rs philosophy introduced by the Head of State.

The 4Rs Reconciliation, Resilience, Reforms and Rebuilding were introduced as a framework to address social, political and economic challenges in the country.

Speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam yesterday, Mr Murusuri described Samialojia as the first book to deeply examine the 4Rs philosophy, emphasising that its principles should be adopted not only across Africa but globally.

“Since the 4Rs philosophy was introduced in Tanzania, the results have been remarkable. It has contributed to national peace and even greater stability,” he said.

He stressed that countries experiencing conflicts within Africa and beyond should embrace the 4Rs, as it fosters peace, unity and development.

He further described the philosophy as a gift from God through President Samia that should be embraced worldwide.
