Muhimbili provides free specialist services for nine diseases in Morogoro

MOROGORO: MUHIMBILI National Hospital (MNH) in collaboration with Vodacom Foundation, has begun providing free specialist services to citizens in Kilosa District in Morogoro Region.
A statement issued by MNH said that the services are being provided as a step to commemorate the 100 days of the leadership of President Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan, who directed that medical services should reach citizens wherever they are.

“The Executive Director of Muhimbili National Hospital, Dr Delilah Kimambo, has continued to be an exemplary leader by overseeing and implementing these instructions by holding camps in various parts of the country where the camp is currently anchored in Kilosa District,” the statement said.
In addition, the camp started yesterday, from March 10 to 13, 2026, where the services provided are screening for cervical and breast cancer, prostate cancer, obstetrics and gynecology, ears, nose, throat, teeth, and children’s diseases.
