Saudia clinches top global award for flight service, guest experience

JEDDAH: THE Saudi Arabia national flag carrier, has been crowned “Best in Class for Service–Guest Experience” for 2025 by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), securing the highest score among all airlines recognized with the prestigious APEX World Class status.

The accolade reinforces Saudia’s position as a global leader in hospitality, reflecting its unwavering commitment to seamless service, exceptional comfort, and authentic Saudi generosity throughout the travel experience.

The APEX World Class programme evaluates airlines across three core pillars: safety and well-being, sustainability, and service-guest experience. Saudia’s distinction in the latter category highlights the airline’s holistic approach to customer care — from the warmth of its cabin crew to its meticulous attention to detail.
