AAFP candidate pledges free education, reliable water supply, efficient transport

DAR ES SALAAM: THE Parliamentary candidate for Mbagala constituency under the AAFP (Farmers’ Party), Ndonge Said Ndonge, has unveiled an ambitious development agenda, promising improved healthcare, reliable water supply, efficient transport, free education, and daily school meals for all students.
Speaking at a campaign rally in Toangoma Ward, Ndonge rallied support not only for his own parliamentary bid for 2025–2030 but also for his party’s ward councilor candidate, Rehema Abdallah Chitumba.
“We at AAFP are not about empty promises. Our policies are action-oriented and time-bound. Come October 29, don’t make the mistake of voting elsewhere. Vote AAFP. Vote for me, Ndonge, as your MP, and Rehema Chitumba as your councilor,” he declared.
Ndonge emphasized that if elected, public primary and secondary education will be completely free, and every student will receive a nutritious meal upon arriving at school.

In her own remarks, Rehema Chitumba called on residents to vote for leadership that puts people first. “If given the mandate, I will prioritize women, youth, and people with disabilities by ensuring every household has timely access to small business loans and support,” she promised.
Chitumba also pledged to upgrade the poor road infrastructure in Toangoma to make all areas easily accessible. She emphasized that under her leadership, excessive school contributions imposed on parents will be eliminated.
“We need your votes to bring real change. Let’s elect AAFP leaders — from the President, to the MP, to your local councilor. Thank you,” Chitumba concluded passionately
