“The lack of a functional lab meant most students and teachers missed out on practical science learning due to a lack of proper facilities,” he said.

“We are very grateful to the government for providing 50m/- for this lab, which now enables students to engage in hands-on science learning.” Joseph added that the school’s academic performance has significantly improved; now reaching 90 per cent pass rates, thanks to the new infrastructure.
