Ushirika Village offers 100 plots for the Nane-Nane Exhibition

DODOMA: A cooperative village (Ushirika) in Dodoma has offered 100 complete vending stalls for the businessmen and women seeking to participate in this year’s Nane-Nane Exhibition.

Dodoma will host the Nane Nane Exhibition from August 1 to 8 this year.

Following its completion, the village’s management has requested business stakeholders from within and outside the country to seize the opportunity and secure exhibition spaces at the Nane Nane Exhibition.

Speaking to the media in Dar es Salaam, today, 21 July 2025,  the Village’s Coordinator, Ally Nchahaga, said the special areas are located at the Nane Nane grounds, consisting of more than 100 well-designed pavilions.

“We have specifically prepared for stakeholders from sectors such as mining, agriculture, and trade to bring their products, businesses, and the votes they make here at the Nane Nane grounds,” said Nchahaga.

He added, “We will have more than 100 pavilions that will allow them to be seen by various citizens who will come to visit these unique booths that the cooperatives have come up with to attract Tanzanian citizens to display their products in an organized manner through our village’s offer.

Adding, Nchahaga said stakeholders who can exhibit their products in these special areas include cooperative and agricultural organizations, marketing and capital stakeholders, and the dealers in livestock, nutrition, food, and farm machinery.

“Others include technology providers, innovation and investment, mining, fisheries, and Saccos stakeholders.”
