New TARURA staff urged to uphold professionalism

Dodoma: The Rural and Urban Roads Agency(TARURA) has conducted an orientation training aimed at building the capacity of 98 newly recruited staff.
The employed staff of Engineering, Technicians, Accountancy, Economics, and Procurement and Supplies
The training which was conducted at Mtumba Hall, located in the Government City in Dodoma, involved staff from various fields including engineering, technicians, accountancy, economics, and procurement and supplies.

The training was led by the Director of Support Services, Ms Azimina Mbilinyi, in collaboration with other departments from TARURA Headquarters.
During the training, the employees were instructed to carry out their duties with professionalism and efficiency, while adhering to public service ethics in their daily responsibilities.
They were also equipped with sessions on laws, regulations, and procedures governing public service.
The new employees also took an integrity oath for public service, administered by the President’s Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance.
