PM Majaliwa graces the WCF’s 10th Anniversary in Dar

DAR ES SALAAM: PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa, representing President Samia Suluhu Hassan, blessed the 10th anniversary celebration of the Workers’ Compensation Fund (WCF), held at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam.

The event held today, July  4th, 2025, is aimed to assess the Fund’s achievements over the past decade, strengthening the bond between WCF and its stakeholders, and strategizing on improving compensation services for workers across the country.

Speaking at the celebration, WCF Director General Dr. John Mduma highlighted five key objectives of the anniversary: honoring achievements made through collaboration with the Government, appreciating development partners, enhancing service delivery, improving cooperation, and expanding the scope for knowledge exchange with other institutions.

The event was held under the theme “Ten Years of Workers’ Compensation – Let the Work Continue.”

It was attended by stakeholders from various sectors, including employers, employees, social security organizations, and both public and private institutions.
