International Collaborations
One of the cornerstones of TBS’s success has been its international collaborations, particularly with Sweden. Over the years, TBS has engaged in various partnerships with Swedish organizations to enhance its capabilities in quality assurance and standardization.
These collaborations have facilitated knowledge transfer, training programs, and technology sharing, positioning TBS as a leader in the region.
The relationship with Sweden has also opened doors for Tanzanian products in European markets, ensuring compliance with international standards. This connection exemplifies TBS’s commitment to global quality and its role in integrating Tanzanian industries into the global marketplace.
Celebratory Events and CSR Initiatives
The celebrations will feature a series of events, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities designed to engage the community. Among these initiatives is a marathon scheduled to take place in Dar es Salaam, aimed at promoting health and wellness while raising awareness about the importance of quality standards among stakeholders and the general public.
The CEO of Showtime Events and Entertainment, which is coordinating the celebratory events, highlighted the values of quality, excellence, and steadfastness that have guided TBS’s history.
“These values are not just words; they are the foundation upon which TBS was built and continues to thrive,” he noted.
As TBS embarks on this momentous journey of celebration, it stands as a testament to the power of quality and standardization in driving industrial growth.
With a rich history and an eye towards the future, TBS is poised to continue its legacy as a leader in standards, not just in Tanzania, but throughout Africa and beyond.
