William Malecela is no more

WHILE it’s an inevitable part of life, it was with great sorrow that family of former Prime Minister John Malecela on Sunday had to live with the sad news of passing away of son-William.

The late William, fondly addressed as Mr Super Brands, who was the founder and proprietor of ‘Le Mutuz’ Blog and Lemutuz online TV passed away after falling ill and taken to Mnazi Mmoja Hospital in Dar es Salaam, where he finally had his last breath.

Making the revelation in Dar es Salaam, Lemutuz Online Manager Deusdedith Innocent, further said last respects will be paid today before burial in Dodoma at a  date to be communicated, possibly between Wednesday and Thursday this week.

According to his brothers and close friends, the late William had been suffering from heart disease for a long time.

Step son of Anne Kilango, the late William born in 1961 will be remembered for socialisation and mixing with the youth especially in the realm of blogging. Ms Kilango, who is Same East Member of Parliament on CCM ticket, also confirmed the death of William on Sunday.
