Tanzania Economic, Trade Exchange Week in China scheduled for this Sept

Vice Mayor of Jinhua Municipal People's Government Ruan Ganghui with Ambassador of Tanzania in China, Mbelwa Kairuki

Tanzania Economic and Trade Exchange Week is expected to be held from 26 to 28 September 2022 in Jinhua City, China.

The announcement was made on Saturday in Beijing during the meeting between the Vice Mayor of Jinhua Municipal People’s Government Ruan Ganghui with Ambassador of Tanzania in China, Mbelwa Kairuki.

According to China Council for Promotion of International Trade, Jinhua Committee’s letter to the Embassy of Tanzania in China, the main activities during the week include 2022 Tanzania China Trade Week Exhibition, China-Africa Industrial Cooperation Forum, Zhejiang-Tanzania Trade and Investment Development Exchange Conference as well as Symposium of Africa Experts in China.

“The Opening ceremony of China (Zhejiang) -Tanzania Economic and Trade Exchange Week (domestic venue) will be held from 16:00 to 18:00 on September 26, 2022 at the Grand Hotel, Jinhua City.

“We, on behalf of China Council for Promotion of International Trade, Jinhua Committee are writing this letter to Mr Mbelwa Kairuki, Ambassador of Tanzania to China to attend the opening ceremony and deliver a 5-minute speech, introducing Tanzania’s economic, trade and investment opportunities with Jinhua enterprises,” reads the invitation letter.
