Taiwanese firm eyes East African market

DAR ES SALAAM: ACER Inc. has announced its expansion into the East African market in what the company calls a bold move to bring a wide range of products aimed at meeting the growing needs of businesses, educational institutions, and home users.

According to Grigory Nizovsky, the firm’s  Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, the company’s mission is to empower communities through technology that enhances productivity, entertainment, and creativity.

“We are committed to eliminating communication barriers by offering adaptable and reliable solutions,” he stated.

Acer is positioning itself as a key partner in educational development, offering devices such as Chromebooks, laptops, and projectors designed to foster digital learning environments.
