THE Arusha Municipal Council has announced that it will evict tenants in its residential houses to pave the way for construction of new, modern structures.The mass eviction exercise will target 1,000 families at Kaloleni housing estate, leaving over 5,000 people seeking alternative shelter.

In its meeting held on Wednesday at Vuga in Zanzibar, the party also expelled Mr Shoka Khamis Juma, Mr Doya Hassan Doya and Mr Juma Said Sanani.
