FINALLY the long-awaited reshuffle came, and those Honourable Ministers whose image was tainted in the CAG Report (etc) were either left out of the new Cabinet line-up, or were moved to other ministries. It is not really a new cabinet since there is just a sprinkling of new faces.

THE best way to see the city of Dar es Salaam is to walk. Taking a bus ride will deny you much. The relocation of our office to far off its centre has awarded me with more fruitful walking distance than I used to have previously. That means I have a chance to observe more should I not decide to take a bus ride up to the office door step, which is possible.
