Rhoda’s distinguished career includes serving as the Senior Global Talent Manager at ThinkWell Global, where she oversees HR operations across Africa and Asia.

With a Masters of Science in Human Resources, Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) certification, and over 22 years of international HR leadership experience, she specializes in strategic talent management, organizational transformation, and competency framework development.

Currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration at Hertfordshire University, UK, her doctoral research focuses on competency assessments in selection practices for management roles within international non-profit organizations in Tanzania.
