President Samia warns pseudo record keepers

President Samia Suluhu Hassan has reminded record managers and personal secretaries to adhere to their respective oaths to keep secrets saying any servant who will go against will not be tolerated.

The Head of State made the statement when officiating an annual meeting by organized by Records and Archives Management Professionals Association (TRAMPA) and Tanzania Personal Secretaries Association (TAPSEA) at Fumba in Zanzibar on Saturday.

At the well attended six-day event, President Samia witnessed the record managers and personal secretaries taking oaths under the supervision of Government Solicitor General, Dr Boniface Luhende.

President Samia stressed on the importance of maintaining discipline and integrity for an effective performance which will, in turn, foster the social development.

The TRAMPA and TAPSEA meeting is taking place in the Isles following President Samia’s directive at the 10th TRAMPA Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Arusha on November, last year that this year’s event should be held in Zanzibar.
