KAGERA Sugar Head Coach, Francis Baraza is optimistic of winning today’s match against Biashara United from Musoma at the Kaitaba stadium.
The NBC Premier League resumes today when several clubs throw their cards as the league moves towards its final stages.
Baraza told reporters that his team made necessary preparations while his players are determined to win the match.
“Biashara United players are good team and we respect them. However, we need to win the game in order to move on top of the league table,” he said.
He listed players who will miss the match due to injuries as Dickson Mhilu, Abdallah Mfuko and Kyaruzi Mopa.
Biashara United Head Coach, Khalid Adam, on the other hand, said his boys were well prepared to clinch the three points.
“We tied 3-3 in Musoma but today we will fight to the best to ensure we bag the three points. All my players are in their best forms,” he said.
Kagera Sugar stands on eighth position with 33 points from 26 matches. They have won eight matches, drawn nine and lost 9 matches.
Biashara United stand in the 15th position with 24 points from 26 matches. They have won four matches with 12 draws and lost ten matches.
