Zanzibar President Dr. Hussein Mwinyi has today (February 23, 2021) signed a condolence of the late First Vice-President Maalim Seif Sharif Hamad.
President Mwinyi did the signing at Sheikh Idrissa Abdulwakil Hall in Kikwajuni area in Zanzibar
The late Sharif Hamad died on February 17 at the Muhimbili National Hospital in Dar es Salaam and was buried at his village of Nyali Mtambwe in Wete District, North Pemba Region.
