Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has urged Tanzanians living abroad to be good ambassadors by promoting investment and trade opportunities available in the country.
The Prime Minister made the statement at a meeting with Tanzania nationals living in South Korea as he stressed on the need of luring investors through persuasion.
“Always talk about the good things and economic opportunities that are in Tanzania without forgetting to talk well about the leaders, especially the good intentions that President Samia Suluhu Hassan has in fostering development in the country [Tanzania],” Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa said.
Additionally, he stressed the importance of promoting Kiswahili in the foreign countries.
On the matter, the Premier advised the community members to build the culture of speaking their own [Kiswahili] language as a way of seizing various opportunities such as teaching, interpretation, writing and broadcasting.
Moreover, he also told them to be good citizens by adhering to all the laws, regulations and procedures of the country they are in so as to maintain the good image of Tanzania.
