THE prosecution has asked for more time to complete investigations into the drug trafficking case facing the owner of the Cambiasso Sports Academy, Kambi Zubery and his five colleagues.
The State Attorney Erick Kamala, for the prosecution, told Principal Resident Magistrate Mary Mrio that investigations at the moment concerning the case have not been completed and, thus, more time is needed to complete the assignment.
“Investigations into the matter have not been completed, but we have reached a good stage,” the trial attorney told the Magistrate.
He further elaborated that they have requested some information from mobile service providers, which will assist in completing the investigation; thus, once the evidence arrives, they will complete the matter.
The prosecutor, then, requested the court adjourn the trial to another date for another mention.
